WELLNESS VS HAPPINESS

The concept


Generally, When we talk about wellness, we relate it directly to good health. Even though some definitions tend to enlarge the concept, they always include the fact of being in good health physically, mentally, and socially.

Happiness is life contentment and satisfaction; it is all about positive pleasant feelings and emotions in daily life.





Can anybody ever achieve wellness/happiness? 


There are many contexts when we talk about Wellness. Some people say that it is a process that can lead someone to complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Others consider it as a goal to achieve a healthy and fulfilling life. 





Happiness by its side is all about a feeling of peace with oneself. Someone can be sick, does not have or do everything that society establishes, but he/she is happy.

Being happy does not depend on what is already exist or established, but it depends on what everyone can create according to the way he/she understands his/her journey on earth.


According to several definitions, we could ever read, I think that it would be very challenging even stressful to reach wellness. However, happiness is a choice for anyone and it is accessible for anyone.

  2. Stay positive no matter what is happening around you.
  3. Be yourself all the time. 
  4. Believe in your creator.
